Born in Madikeri, Karnataka, Bharath grew up in an environment shaped by discipline and responsibility. His father, a Government Assistant Executive Engineer, played a pivotal role in influencing his career path. Watching his father serve the public with dedication instilled in Bharath a deep respect for engineering, ethics, and commitment. The untimely loss of his father in 2008 became a defining moment—one that strengthened his resolve to carry forward the legacy of honest work and nation-building.
Bharath completed his schooling at SSEA Government High School, Gauribidanur, followed by a Diploma in Civil Engineering from BGS Polytechnic, Chikkaballapura, and later earned his Degree in General Civil Engineering. His academic journey laid a strong technical foundation, preparing him for the practical demands of the construction industry.
He began his professional career in 2018 as a Site Engineer in a PMC firm, gaining valuable exposure to on-ground execution and project coordination. Soon after, he co-founded a venture named Vestaray. Although the business faced setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic, the experience strengthened his entrepreneurial mindset and clarified his vision for the future.
In 2022, Bharath established CEM AND BRICKS, a construction and interior solutions firm offering end-to-end services. The company specializes in Turnkey Construction, Interior Design & Execution, Architectural Planning, and Vastu Consulting, providing clients with a seamless and transparent project experience. His philosophy is simple—clarity in communication, quality in execution, and integrity in every commitment.
Within a short span, CEM AND BRICKS has successfully delivered 15+ projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The firm has also worked with reputed organizations such as the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA), Bengaluru, reinforcing its credibility and growing presence in the industry.
