Founded in 2024, Brahmarc Architects is a Mumbai-based multidisciplinary design firm born from a shared vision and years of collaboration between three architects — Ar. Gauri Kuvar, Ar. Raj Patel, and Ar. Sagar Bagdai, all alumni of Aditya College of Architecture, Mumbai University. What began as a collegiate bond soon evolved into a purposeful journey to create meaningful, enduring spaces that balance design integrity with real-world functionality.

Before establishing Brahmarc, the founders gained valuable experience working with reputed architectural practices across Mumbai. This exposure offered them a comprehensive understanding of the industry—from concept development and technical detailing to project execution and client coordination. Today, this collective experience allows Brahmarc to approach every project with clarity, creativity, and precision.

Driven by a contemporary outlook, the firm believes architecture must respond to both present needs and future aspirations. Their design philosophy blends innovation with practicality, resulting in spaces that are expressive, efficient, and contextually relevant. Brahmarc offers integrated services across architecture, interior design, façade design, and liaison, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

Despite being a young practice, Brahmarc has already marked significant milestones. With two completed architectural projects in its debut year and features across leading architecture and interior platforms, the firm has demonstrated its commitment to quality and originality. Their journey, built without legacy support, reflects resilience, adaptability, and a strong design ethic.

One of their most anticipated projects, Central Park, Juhu, showcases the firm’s design maturity and technical depth. Developed within stringent aviation norms, the project integrates a multi-level puzzle parking system and a distinctive façade treatment—reflecting Brahmarc’s ability to turn constraints into design opportunities.

Rooted in learning, collaboration, and innovation, Brahmarc continues to evolve as a practice that values dialogue, experimentation, and responsibility toward the built environment. With plans to expand across India, integrate sustainable design practices, and mentor future architects, Brahmarc stands as a promising name shaping the future of Indian architecture.

Brahmarc isn’t just designing spaces — it’s designing a vision for tomorrow.
